Step-by-step from A-to-Z

Launching a product in new markets involves far more than translating the codebase and the website in the respective target languages.

If you are working on your first out-of-home-country launch, I can:

  • work with your dev(ops) team to validate that your codebase is localization-ready, and if not, guide them on how to make it such, and create best practices guide for internationalization
  • work with your marketing, product marketing, customer success teams to draft a culturally relevant GTM approach
  • identify all assets that will need to be localized and create localization workflows depending on content type
  • suggest and vet tools & partners for your localization program
  • audit the localized assets for display and layout correctness and accuracy pre-launch

Level up your game

If you are already localizing content here and there, but it’s time to bring it all together, I can help you create a fully-fledged localization program by:

  • identifying structure and roles for an internal localization team
  • positioning the team correctly within the organization ensuring cross-functional collaboration with all the teams they’ll need to engage with in order to achieve consistent brand identity across materials and markets
  • benchmarking and implementing translation technology
  • implementing the necessary workflows (automated request submissions, quality processes etc.)
  • defining success metrics

Always room for improvement and growth

If you’re already set-up, but you want to address certain glitches, I can audit your current processes and suggest optimizations.

Also, if you are growing through M&A, you can always use operational support for the integration strategy and implementation phase; planning your integration program with an external consultant guarantees you keep the best of breed among the existing status quos while avoiding inherent biases that internal teams will unavoidably have.
